SUMMARY:  Provide direct and consultative services and support to the overall educational environment by utilizing effective behavioral strategies to address student behaviors. Provide ongoing behavior intervention strategies for students being considered for or eligible for special education, in all aspects of the educational environment, including creating functional behavioral assessments and behavior intervention plans. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: This position is funded through the ARP - IDEA Consolidated - Entitlement Grant. The funding for this position is contingent on grant approval and grant funding.

Education & Experience:  

 

Computer ProficiencyDemonstrated general proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook and job specific software programs

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Indoor office environment.  This position regularly works indoors.  The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate and may become excessively noisy at times.   Will have contact with employees, external agencies and the public.
